We’ve been overwhelmed by the response to our previous releases, and we know many of you have missed out in the past. To give everyone a fair shot, we’re sharing a few best practices.
First and foremost: Sign up for our newsletter immediately. We will be sending out a one-hour early-access pass to all confirmed subscribers. If you want first pick, that’s your ticket.
Second, this is a worldwide launch. Our shop will update in real-time, and items are only secured when the final payment is confirmed. Having items in your cart does not hold them.
Shipping: We offer flat-rate worldwide shipping. Please review our detailed size charts carefully, as we have updated the fit of certain items (like the new hoodies and joggers). Since quantities are so limited, we are unable to process any size-based exchanges for this specific collection; we can only offer returns for refund. This helps us manage our extremely low stock fairly for everyone.
